Job summary

Raytheon (LADS) in the United States is seeking an Execution Chief Engineer to lead the design and development of Air and Missile Defense Systems. This onsite role in Tewksbury, MA supports Kuwait-Qatar programs and interfaces with USG, UAE, and Bahrain stakeholders.

You will oversee system analysis, requirements, hardware/software design, integration, and sustainment plans, with ~20% travel and a security clearance requirement. The position is contract to full-time with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable SECRET U.S. government clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Kuwait-Qatar Chief Engineer/Technical Director responsibilities as owner of technical execution or program scope.
• Ensure technical integrity across IPTs, CPTs, and disciplines to cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Maintain regular cadence of Engineering Leadership Team with status updates on high-priority topics.
• Attend Product Line and Project Team meetings to identify and drive Risk and Opportunity plans.
• Lead Engineering Program Review rollup and approvals for EAC and LRE processes.
• Provide technical advisory disposition for Export/Import (EXIM) compliance.
• Travel ~20% domestically and internationally.
