RTX is seeking a senior program manager to support the Kuwait-Qatar Chief Engineer / Technical Director responsibilities as owner of technical execution for the program scope.
You will ensure technical integrity across IPTs and CPTs, manage cost/schedule/requirements, and lead risk and opportunity handling plans with Engineering Leadership Team. Domestic/international travel ~20% is expected.
Support the Kuwait-Qatar Chief Engineer / Technical Director’s (CE/TD) responsibilities as owner of technical execution or program scope.
Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across all Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Cross Product Teams (CPTs), and disciplines within the Program to cost, schedule, technical requirements.
Maintain regular cadence of communication with Engineering Leadership Team a summary of status and high-priority topics.
Attend Product Line and Project Team meetings to identify and drive Risk and Opportunity handling plans.
Lead Engineering Program Review rollup and approvals in support of the Estimate-At-Complete (EAC) and Latest-Revised-Estimate (LRE) processes.
Provide technical advisory disposition for Export / Import (EXIM) compliance ~20% Domestic/International travel.
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. Citizenship is required as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Experience in Patriot Program (or similar program) system design, development, integration/verification, production, and sustainment
Demonstrated experience in strategic development, customer interface, or contract capture in the Defense Industry
Direct experience with International FMS programs and International Supplier’s/Partner’s engineering execution
Direct experience with Army IAMD Systems of Systems (SoS)
Direct experience in concepts of operations development and/or design of system level architecture
The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.
