Accenture is hiring a MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator to help clients modernize their Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments. You will act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security, leading workshops and enabling customers.

The role requires 5–10 years of messaging experience, advanced English, and expertise in Exchange Server, Exchange Online, hybrid configurations, and PowerShell scripting. Join a global team delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong mail flow management and DNS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security solutions.
• Lead technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• Assess Exchange platform health, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
• Create remediation plans aligned to business and technical priorities.
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle activities.
