Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an SME Exchange Engineer for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver excellence in modernization of Exchange services and infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 13 years of related experience or equivalent.
Active Secret Clearance.
Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 or later in enterprise deployments.
Expertise in DevSecOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong leadership and budgeting/ staffing experience.
Knowledge of email security, backup and recovery, and AD/DNS integration.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and management leadership for Exchange upgrades and modernization.
Direct operations of Exchange clusters in data centers for high availability.
Set Exchange operations strategy for domestic Consular facilities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with DoS security and infra standards.
Develop enterprise backup and disaster recovery strategies for Exchange.
Lead server/storage infrastructure strategy supporting Exchange operations.
