Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an Exchange Engineer to lead global Exchange upgrades and modernization initiatives. You will direct operations of Exchange clusters across data centers while aligning with DoS security standards and mission requirements.

The role requires 13+ years of relevant experience, an active Secret clearance, and proven expertise in Exchange 2019+, AD/DNS, and DevSecOps tooling such as Ansible and Terraform. Hybrid collaboration and leadership capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 13+ years of related experience in Exchange administration, email systems engineering, or messaging infrastructure.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 or later, including cluster management and enterprise deployments.
• Strong DevSecOps tooling experience with Ansible, Terraform, and automated security validation tools.
• Leadership abilities with track record directing technical teams, budgeting, and staffing decisions.
• Knowledge of email security, backup/recovery strategies, and AD/DNS integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and management leadership for Exchange upgrades and modernization across the global enterprise.
• Direct operations and maintenance of Exchange clusters in data centers for high availability.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with DoS requirements and security standards.
• Define enterprise backup and disaster recovery strategies for Exchange environments.
• Develop DHCP management strategy supporting Exchange networks across 350+ facilities.
• Advance CI/CD pipelines and automation for build, test, and security validation.
