Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 13+ years in Exchange, messaging, or related fields.
• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2019+ in clusters and large deployments
• Proven DevSecOps experience with Ansible, Terraform, and automated security validation
• Strong leadership and experience managing budgets and staffing
• Knowledge of email security, backup and recovery, AD and DNS integration

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and management leadership for Exchange upgrades and modernization across the global enterprise
• Direct operations and maintenance of Exchange clusters in data centers for high availability
• Set Exchange server strategy at domestic facilities aligned with mission requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure security and infrastructure compliance
• Establish enterprise backup and disaster recovery strategies for Exchange
• Develop DHCP management strategy for 350+ global facilities
• Direct server and storage infrastructure planning and lifecycle management
• Excel in DevSecOps tooling and build CI/CD pipelines with automation
• Advise senior leadership on Exchange architecture, security, and modernization
