Job summary

GovCIO is actively seeking an Exchange Network Administrator SME to manage secure network operations for NCIS. This hybrid role requires significant on-site presence in Quantico, VA, ensuring mission-critical availability and compliance with DoD standards.

Responsibilities include administering Exchange Server environments, maintaining Active Directory and Windows Server, and supporting security and RMF artifacts. A Top Secret/SCI clearance and 5+ years of Exchange experience are required.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required; DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Minimum 5 years of Exchange Server administration experience.
• High School diploma with 10+ years of IT experience or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains smooth operation of computer systems in networked or stand-alone environments.
• Implements and documents network/system security measures to protect data and hardware.
• Supports RMF lifecycle artifacts and accreditation activities.
• Plans, installs, configures, supports, and optimizes MS Exchange environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Troubleshoots email delivery, server performance, and Outlook connectivity issues.
• Provides on-site Tier 3 technical support for Exchange across unclassified and classified environments.
