Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 year electrical estimating experience or 5 years electrical trade and 1 year electrical estimating experience.
• Travel 15-20%.
• Flexible schedule and travel.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages large and/or multi-site Excellerate orders.
• Ensures orders are profitable, timely, and according to customer expectations.
• Maintains compliance with company policies; promotes positive culture.
• Works with Supply Chain Team and vendors to coordinate materials.
• Identifies and generates new business; maintains customer relationships.
• Provides order status and manufacturing metrics to stakeholders.
• Coaches and develops managerial talent; assigns team leadership roles.
