The ideal candidate has Oracle Exadata and RDBMS admin experience, plus mentoring ability and a drive for technical excellence.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, CS or related technical discipline; MS preferred.
• Minimum 4 years with Oracle Exadata.
• Experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard.
• Experience with Linux (OEL/RHEL) and Unix OS.
• Scripting in Unix/Linux shells or Python.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Oracle Exadata environments.
• Escalation point for complex issues.
• Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate work with management to assign tasks and ensure SLAs.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support and travel within the US.
