Job summary

Senior Oracle DBA with deep expertise in performance tuning and capacity planning is sought to support large databases on Oracle Exadata and VM-based platforms. You will lead Exadata migrations, upgrades, and high-availability architecture, collaborating with application and production support teams to resolve complex issues.

The ideal candidate will act as a DBA Specialist, working independently and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on Oracle DBA experience in a large enterprise environment.
Strong experience with Oracle Exadata.
Proven skills in performance tuning, capacity planning, and root-cause analysis.
Experience with Oracle GoldenGate.

Responsibilities

Perform Oracle database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Support Exadata environments, including database migrations and upgrades.
Analyze performance using OEM, AWR, and ADDM, and provide actionable recommendations.
Support production issues and work closely with application and production support teams.
Execute large database migrations, cloning, and refresh activities.
