Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a Portfolio Area Chief Engineer (PACE) to provide technical leadership for Electronic Warfare Systems within the portfolio. You will oversee engineering cost, schedule, and technical execution across programs, coordinating with Chief Engineers and customers to align on requirements and timelines.

This onsite role requires active DoD Secret clearance, senior-level collaboration across multiple sites, and strategic development of EW RF subsystem roadmaps to support new

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM).
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a technical lead on major proposals.
• Experience leading across multidisciplinary roles across multiple sites.
• Ability to obtain U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single engineering leadership point of contact across the portfolio.
• Establish and manage an engineering vision, strategy, and goals.
• Ensure technical integrity and discipline across Chief Engineers and leads.
• Act as the primary technical contact for senior customer counterparts.
• Ensure designs meet performance within cost and schedule constraints.
• Interact with senior customers and lead high-level technical engagements.
• Lead across multidisciplinary domains across multiple sites.
