Anduril Industries seeks a senior supplier industrialization lead in the United States to guide EW electronics from early builds through production. You will own PCBA, cables, connectors, and RF components, ensuring robust supplier processes and high-quality outputs.

You will drive DFM/DFT/DFA, capacity planning, and process development with suppliers, with travel up to 50% to keep programs on track.

Formación

• Bachelor's in EE or related; 6+ years in electronics manufacturing.
• Deep PCBA expertise: SMT, soldering, inspection.
• Experience with IPC standards and ability to travel 50%.
