Job summary

CAC I is seeking a Senior Proposal Solution Architect with an active TS/SCI clearance to lead technical solution development for strategic DoD EW, C5ISR, and cyber opportunities. You will own the end-to-end solution development process from customer engagement through proposal submission and transition to execution.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership within DoD/IC programs, and hands-on EW/C5ISR/cyber experience.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance.
10+ years of solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership experience with DoD/IC programs.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
Ability to translate customer requirements into compelling technical solutions and proposal content.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer-engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical solution development for capture and proposal efforts focused on EW, C5ISR, and cyber solutions.
Develop differentiated solutions across EW, Cyber, Systems Engineering, Mission Engineering, Platform Integration, C5ISR, and related domains.
Translate customer requirements (PWS, SOO, CONOPS) into executable architectures, staffing strategies, and compelling proposal content.
Lead cross-functional teams across Business Development, Capture, Engineering, Proposal, Pricing, and Product Management.
Evaluate technologies, conduct trade studies, and develop discriminators for competitive positioning.
Support both classified and unclassified proposals while ensuring technical quality, compliance, and consistency.
