Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Earned Value Management Practitioner to join our National Security Solutions team in Chantilly, VA. This role will evaluate programs and provide performance and compliance assessments directly supporting IC Government customers.

You will apply EVMS, PMB development, baseline change management, and surveillance practices in a dynamic, data-driven environment, collaborating with a skilled team. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Clearance TS/SCI with polygraph; US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with related experience as stated.
• Strong experience in EVMS, program controls, and cost/schedule integration.
• Baseline planning, PMB development and change management experience.
• Experience with Integrated Baseline Reviews.
• Scope management, work authorization, scheduling, change management and variance analysis.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Solid interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate programs and provide performance and compliance assessments for IC Government customers.
• Support surveillance processes and EVMS reporting in line with IPMR/IPMDAR.
