Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions in Chantilly, VA seeks a Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) practitioner to evaluate performance and compliance on IC Government programs.

This role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and a Bachelor's (11+ years) or a Master's (9+ years) with strong EVMS, baseline planning, and PMB development experience. You will work with advanced tools and processes to ensure program integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience applying EVMS, program controls and cost/schedule integration.
• Strong baseline planning, PMB development and change management experience.
• Experience with Integrated Baseline Reviews and scheduling analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate programs for IC Government customers and provide performance assessments.
• Support surveillance processes and contractor oversight.
• Apply cost/schedule integration and schedule risk concepts to programs.
