Job summary

Leffler Consulting is seeking a Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA, providing support to national security satellite and ground systems. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.

You will lead EVM analysis, assist programs with IPMDAR deliverables, evaluate IPM data, integrate performance metrics, and support IBRs and EAC development, using modern data-driven methods.

Qualifications

• 11 years of EVM experience, preferably in DoD/IC.
• Experience with performance analysis tools.
• Experience with COTS tools such as Empower and Tableau.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Project and Excel (pivot tables/macros).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• EVM analysis of space and software-intensive systems.
• Assist program teams with implementing IPMDAR deliverables.
• Help Government program offices interpret IPM data in IPMDAR.
• Integrate technical performance with metrics driving objective performance (BCWP) and EAC analyses.
• Independently evaluate Contractor EVM systems and use data-driven methods/tools.
• Assist with IBRs preparation and execution.
• Provide oversight related to program replans and to over Target Baseline/Schedule.
• Develop independent EACs and align with government budget builds.
• Coordinate IPM analyses with cross-program data, cross-program estimates, and other analyses.
• Support bid/proposal tasks such as resume reviews and technical writing.

Job Description

Leffler Consulting is seeking a Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to join our team in Chantilly providing support to national security satellite and ground systems. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph is required.

Duties

• EVM analysis of space and software intensive systems
• Assist contractor program teams in implementing the Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) deliverable (where applicable)
• Assist Government program offices in understanding how to evaluate, analyze, and interpret IPM data in the new IPMDAR reporting schema (where applicable)
• Integrating technical performance with technical performance metrics that drive objective performance measurement (BCWP) and analysis of predictive EACs
• Independent evaluation of Contractor EVM system(s) and use of modern data driven methods and tools
• Assist Government program offices in preparing for and conducting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
• Provide oversight and implementation guidance related to Program replan and Over Target Baseline / Schedule
• Developing independent estimate(s) at complete (EACs) and integrating with the government budget build
• Integrating IPM analysis with cross program analysis, cost estimates, Government EACs and other cross program analysis activities
• Perform other duties as assigned to support corporate initiatives, including but not limited to bid and proposal tasks such as resume reviews and technical writing.

Required Education

Required Experience

• 11 years of EVM experience, preferably in the DoD or Intelligence Community
• Experience with performance analysis tools
• Experience with COTS tools, such as Empower and Tableau preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Project, and Excel (pivot tables and macros)
