Job summary

GovSG in Maryland is seeking a Senior Earned Value Management (EVM) and Project Controls Specialist to provide expert advisory, analysis, and oversight for complex government programs.

The role serves as a senior subject matter expert responsible for delivering independent cost, schedule, performance, and risk analysis; strengthening program governance; and supporting leadership decision‑making through high‑quality project controls insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in project controls, EVM, or cost/schedule analysis.
• Experience supporting complex DoD, federal government, or defense programs.
• Advanced knowledge of EVMS, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience reviewing IPMDAR/IPMR data and government performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level analysis of cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Develop independent assessments, forecasts, and executive recommendations.
• Support IBRs, BCRs, replans, and rebaselining activities.
• Prepare executive-level EVM and program performance briefings.
