Job summary

Ignite Digital seeks a Senior Project Controls Analyst to provide HQ-level EVM, cost, schedule, and program controls support for a federal client. Ideal candidate has DoD or Navy experience and a track record integrating cost, schedule, performance, and risk data for decision-making.

Responsibilities include leading EVM analyses, reviewing contractor data, and delivering executive briefs. Clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant project controls experience.
• Experience supporting complex DoD or federal government programs.
• Advanced knowledge of EVM principles and EVMS requirements.
• Experience with IPMDAR, IPMR, IMS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior EVM and project controls SME for headquarters, program office, and portfolio levels.
• Analyze cost, schedule, performance, and risk to identify trends.
• Review IPMDAR, IPMR, IMS data for program health and compliance.
• Analyze EVM metrics (BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, CPI, SPI, TCPI, EAC, ETC, VAC).
• Develop independent assessments, forecasts, and leadership recommendations.
• Support IBRs, baselines, replanning, rebaselining, contract modifications, and surveillance.
