BerryDunn is seeking a Senior Events Specialist to collaborate with the marketing team on firm-hosted events, conferences, sponsorships, and strategic initiatives. This full-time hybrid role involves planning, budgeting, and onsite support across multiple New England locations, with travel ~10% and occasional evening/weekend work.

You will develop briefs, timelines, and communication plans, coordinate sponsorships and exhibits, and ensure data is accurate across PM, CRM, and marketing platforms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5-7 years of events planning and execution experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategy, planning, and execution of third-party conferences and BerryDunn events.
• Develop briefs, timelines, budgets, and communication plans for event success.
• Coordinate sponsorships, booths, registrations, and marketing deliverables.
• Source event-related services including venue and A/V.
• Measure outcomes, conduct post-event debriefs, and share insights.
• Maintain event information across PM, marketing, and CRM systems.
• Provide onsite support for firm-hosted events and select conferences.
• Engage with industry associations to leverage marketing opportunities.
