Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Events & Special Projects to plan and execute internal and external events across Universal Television Entertainment and NBCUniversal, shaping moments that connect people, talent, partners, and audiences with creative design and flawless follow-through.

Reporting to the SVP of Events & Operations, this role leads end-to-end production—from concept to completion—managing venues, vendors, invitations, food and beverage, transportation, contracts, budgets, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, experiential marketing, production, client services, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading and executing events from concept through completion.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event production from concept to completion.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to plan and execute events.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Provide onsite support for executives and talent.
