Universal Television Entertainment is responsible for world-class television entertainment. The division programs and markets content across leading entertainment brands Bravo, NBC and Peacock, and produces over 3,000 hours of television annually through Universal Studio Group, the studio business comprised of Universal Television, Universal Global Television and Universal Television Alternative Studio. The Manager, Events & Special Projects supports the planning and execution of internal and external events across Universal Television Entertainment and NBCUniversal. They will help shape the moments that connect our people, talent, partners, and audiences. They create vision, operate with precision, and have flawless follow-through.
Reporting to the SVP of Events & Operations, this role leads event production from concept through completion across Universal Television Entertainment and NBCUniversal. Responsibilities include managing the details that make an experience feel seamless, including creative design, venue and vendor sourcing, invitations, food and beverage, transportation, contracts, budgets, attendee experience, and onsite operations.
The role partners across the organization, contributes to larger-scale and high-profile events, and serves as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, executives, talent, vendors, venues, and external partners.
