Job summary

Yes& is seeking an Events Manager to join the team. The Events Manager plays a central role in delivering successful client experiences, leading the planning and execution of events from concept through completion.

Working closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners, this position ensures all aspects of event delivery are strategically aligned, well-coordinated, and executed to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, event management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in event and/or account management related to events in the agency or events industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, events, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, budget-conscious, and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and troubleshoot challenges in real time.
• Strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to serve as a key point of contact, build trusted relationships, and translate client goals into thoughtful event strategies and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of events from concept through completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure aligned delivery.
• Manage event budgets, venues, vendors, and timelines; oversee registrations and attendee management.
• Provide on-site delivery and post-event insights and recommendations.
