Job summary

Signature Bath Solutions of Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an Events Manager to lead an Event Department and a team of Demonstrators promoting our home improvement brand at shows across Pennsylvania.

You will find, book, and manage weekend events, recruit and train staff, ensure booths are well-presented, and drive lead generation and sales at each event while reporting on performance and budget.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a team of demonstrators or events staff.
• Experience in customer service or B2C marketing.
• Proven recruiting and hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Find and book shows and events for weekends within the territory.
• Engage event patrons to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage Event Demonstrators.
• Set up and remove promotional booths at shows and events.
• Coordinate schedules for events and team.
• Track department productivity, labor, inventory, and budget weekly.
• Set and achieve event and weekly/monthly goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervision and other departments.
