Job summary

Signature Bath Solutions seeks a rockstar Events Manager to develop, manage, and lead an Event Department and a team of Demonstrators in promoting our home improvement brand at shows and events across Pennsylvania.

You will recruit, hire, train, and supervise your crew, book new shows, run promotions to generate leads and appointments, track performance, and ensure booths are inviting and organized every weekend near Mechanicsburg.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a team of event staff or demonstrators.
• Customer-focused marketing or sales experience at events or promotions.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and training staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging event attendees.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Find and book new shows and events for every weekend within the territory.
• Engage event patrons to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage the team of Event Demonstrators.
• Ensure booths are visually appealing and properly removed after events.
• Plan schedules for events and team, and coordinate calendars.
