Signature Bath Solutions is seeking an Events Manager to lead an in-person events team, book weekend shows, and drive customer engagement in PA. You will recruit and mentor demonstrators, coordinate schedules, and maintain booth presentation and post-event wrap-up with budgeting oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an event staff or department.
• Strong customer-facing promotional experience.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators.

Responsibilities

• Find and book shows/events across the territory.
• Engage patrons to generate leads and schedule appointments for sales.
• Recruit, train, and manage the event demonstrators.
• Ensure booths look inviting and are taken down after events.
• Coordinate schedules for events and team.
• Track productivity, labor, inventory, and budget weekly.
• Set and meet goals for events, weeks, and months.
• Maintain clear communication with supervision and other departments.
