Job summary

Signature Bath Solutions seeks an Events Manager to develop and lead the Event Department and a team of Demonstrators promoting our home improvement brand at shows across Pennsylvania. You will book weekend events, recruit and train staff, and drive lead generation and sales at promotional booths.

You will manage schedules, monitor budgeting and productivity, and ensure excellent customer engagement. This role requires weekend availability and a valid driver’s license; you’ll work from

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams in live events.
• Customer service or B2C marketing experience.
• Recruiting and hiring experience as a regular focus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Find and book new shows and events for weekends within your territory.
• Engage event patrons to generate leads and schedule appointments that drive sales.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage your team of Event Demonstrators.
• Ensure promotional booths are set up and removed at shows and events.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules for events and the team.
• Monitor and report department productivity, labor, inventory, and budget weekly.
• Set goals for each event, week, and month and strive to achieve them.
• Maintain open communication with supervision and other departments.
