Job summary

Jackson Spalding is seeking an experienced project manager to lead high-visibility restaurant openings and community events across the U.S. You will coordinate marketing, PR, and operations teams, travel for on-site execution, and drive projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate has agency experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a track record of managing multiple events with attention to budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of Project Management experience, with event planning experience.
  • Experience in agency environments.
  • Ability to travel across the U.S. on a regular basis.
  • Strong communication and client-relations skills.
  • Proficiency with project-management tools (Asana, Smartsheet) and budgeting.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a project manager and primary point of contact for highly-visible local restaurant opening events and community events in U.S. markets.
  • Leading cross-functional launch alignment with corporate marketing and PR teams, agency partners, and field staff.
  • Managing multiple events at different planning stages simultaneously.
  • Managing budgets and billing for events and projects.
  • Overseeing on-site setup, execution and cleanup of events.
  • Fostering client relationships and aligning projects with client goals.
  • Delegating tasks and ensuring inclusive language and behaviors.
  • Resolving on-ground issues and presenting decks and communications materials.
