Responsibilities

• Act as PM and primary contact for high-visibility local restaurant openings and community events.
• Lead cross-functional launch alignment with marketing, PR, operations and agency partners.
• Manage multiple events across planning stages, budgets, and billing.
• Oversee on-site setup, execution and post-event cleanup.
• Maintain client relationships and translate goals into project plans.
• Delegate tasks, ensure inclusive language, and resolve on-ground issues.
• Prepare decks and communications materials for stakeholders.
