Job summary

City of Grapevine is seeking enthusiastic staff to provide operational and guest service support for events at CVB venues, including Grapevine Convention Center, Palace Arts Center, Fairway Events Center and Grapevine Main. You will assist with setup, guest services, ticketing, catering, concessions and AV support to ensure events run smoothly and guests have an exceptional experience.

Strong communication, teamwork and flexibility are essential as you may work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Knowledge of audio visual equipment preferred.
• Food handler certification within 30 days of hire.
• Willigness to work irregular schedules.
• Must pass background and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests to ensure a positive event experience.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Support box office operations and guest ticketing activities.
• Assist in concessions, catering, and guest services as needed.
• Operate basic AV equipment and support event technology.
• Ushers greet guests and direct them to seating areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of CVB venues before, during, and after events.
