Safehouse Security Solutions seeks an experienced Events Security Supervisor (Part Time on Call) in Los Angeles. You will lead event security teams, brief agents, deploy personnel, and coordinate with clients and venue staff to ensure safety and smooth operations.

Qualifications include 3+ years in event security, a valid CA Guard Card, First Aid/CPR/AED, and a CA driver’s license. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Must pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event security experience, with at least 1 year as supervisor or team lead.
• Valid California Guard Card.
• First Aid / CPR / AED certification.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Must live in or near the Los Angeles area.
• Available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass a background check and a drug test.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, brief, and deploy security agents at events.
• Assign posts, manage staffing, breaks, rotations.
• Serve as main contact for clients, staff, and venue managers.
• Run pre-event risk assessments and identify exits.
• Oversee entry/exit points, perimeter security, and access control.
• Direct crowd management and flow strategies.
• Lead de-escalation and coordinate incident response.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and event personnel.
• Review incident reports and complete post-event summaries.
• Coach agents on Safehouse standards.
