Job summary

Hargrove, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Denver, CO, to oversee end-to-end event projects.

You will coordinate event design, development, and execution with Sales and Operations, ensuring profitable outcomes and adherence to standards. The role requires 4+ years of technical project management experience in corporate staging or broadcast environments, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
• MS Office experience required.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate technical production schedules, labor requirements, scope, execution plan and responsibilities to team members, vendors and venue partners.
• Determine and secure resources required to complete each project.
• Maintain client focus through meetings, show documentation and responsive service; manage project scope.
• Lead onsite project execution from load-in to load-out and ensure inventory management.
• Mentor Associate Project Managers on multi-PM events and ensure compliance with Technical Standards.
• Assist with budget creation, analysis, and post-event billing and cost control.
