Meeting Tomorrow is seeking an experienced Event Producer to lead the planning and on-site execution of high-profile corporate conferences, product launches, and multi-day events. You will own the production plan end-to-end—scope, timeline, budget, deliverables, and run-of-show—while leading internal teams, vendors, and on-site crews to deliver flawless, high-impact experiences.

Formación

• 5+ years of event industry experience, including 3-5 years producing large-scale corporate conferences and high-profile programs.
• Run-of-show fluency: build cue-by-cue technical runs of show and lead rehearsals, stage management, and onsite execution.
• Executive presence: navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and partner with Fortune 1000 executives, client teams, and vendors.
• Budget & vendor ownership: scope and track billable hours, source and negotiate with vendors, manage large event budgets.
• Calm in the storm: thrive in ambiguity, create order where none exists, stay steady under pressure.
• Organized and fast: detail-obsessed multitasker, accountable to deadlines, juggling multiple projects.
• A great communicator and people person: clear written and verbal communication, foster transparent feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with internal teams to align event objectives with client goals and manage budgets and timelines.
• Lead the flow of information with stakeholders and guide clients through every step of their event journey.
• Source and manage vendors and ensure creative deliverables align with brand standards while handling multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Own end-to-end production lifecycle: scoping, execution, run of show, rehearsals, and onsite logistics.
• Serve as primary onsite contact and decision-maker, coordinating crew and coaching presenters for flawless execution.
