Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and manage all facets of events within client objectives and budgets.
• Develop detailed timelines, project plans, and budgets.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and services to secure best rates.
• Coordinate logistics: staffing, catering, AV, transportation, entertainment.
• Oversee on-site execution and address issues; mentor junior staff.
