Qualifications

• 5+ years of event planning and execution experience for on-site and off-site events.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients.
• Ability to design experiences within client budgets.
• Calm, solutions-oriented with independent decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Guide clients through the planning process to understand their vision.
• Design experiences that fit needs, preferences, and budget.
• Recommend menus and service styles for the event.
• Schedule and lead venue walkthroughs and understand policies.
• Coordinate rental needs and place orders with vendors.
• Create detailed event timelines and service plans.
• Manage staffing needs through Ubeya and ensure coverage.
• Lead chef meetings to review BEOs and BOH timelines.
• Prepare gear packs and review with warehouse manager.
• Facilitate captain/event manager meetings for alignment.
