Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of event staff and provide training and guidance.
• Oversee venue setup, decor, AV, and entertainment for a cohesive atmosphere.
• Manage budgets and negotiate with vendors to maintain profitability.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and company policies.
• Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and team to drive repeat business.
