Qualifications

• 4–5 years of account and event management experience.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead strategy and execution for high-profile events.
• Experience managing budgets and contracts.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead account strategy and sponsorship opportunities.
• Oversee communications with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Develop proposals for client strategy meetings and calendar pitches.
• Build and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Lead partner calls and oversee partners with clients.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members; review work.
• Develop client-facing materials including collateral, run-of-shows, itineraries.
• Co-lead biweekly internal team check-ins and client calls.
• Support new business development, including RFPs.
• Travel frequently, including internationally, and work evenings and weekends.
