Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in event planning, production, experiential marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support client and partner relationships, including clients, chefs, restaurants, sponsors, and vendors.
• Assist with on-site event operations, including chef coordination, sponsor relations, guest experience, and branded activations.
• Develop and maintain event materials, including menus, guest itineraries, production schedules, run-of-shows, and recap decks.
• Support budgets, contracts, vendor coordination, and event logistics.
