Job summary

Dentsu Creative US is seeking a Senior Manager, Event Management to lead end-to-end event planning and execution from strategy through reporting. You will oversee staffing, product sampling, consumer engagement, asset transport, POS coordination, and production, while partnering with cross-business teams and serving as client contact.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in event management, strong budget skills, wine/spirits knowledge, sourcing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office;

Qualifications

• 6 years minimum experience in event management.
• Only candidates located in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area will be considered.
• Budget management skills.
• Prior sampling event and production experience.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits industry.
• Experience sourcing candidates to guarantee a match to the position/organization.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite.
• Travel is required within assigned territories (schedule varies).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution; pre- to post-event responsibilities.
• Coordinate staffing, product sampling, consumer engagement, asset transport, POS, and production.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration; act as client contact and manage budgets and payroll/expenses.
• Socialize success with program recaps using data for real-time measurement and future planning.
• Manage in-market communications and vendor relationships; supervise direct reports.
