NAV Fund Services in Chicago, IL is seeking a hands-on Event Marketing Senior Manager to own end-to-end planning and execution of NAV’s events program, including NAV-hosted events, partner events, and industry conferences.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to generate leads, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site teams, while measuring ROI and driving pipeline growth across hedge funds and asset management clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B event marketing with measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record planning multi-format events.
• Experience managing partner and co-sponsor relationships with professional services.
• Proficient with event marketing platforms, CRMs, and marketing automation.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% across the US and internationally.

Responsibilities

• NAV-hosted Events: Plan, produce, and execute NAV-hosted events across formats in key markets.
• Partner Events: Manage co-hosted events and partner relationships for logistics and branding.
• Conference Strategy: Evaluate participation and ROI; manage logistics and on-site staff.
• Pipeline & Revenue Accountability: Track event-sourced leads and ROI.
• Outreach & Audience Development: Build invite lists and drive registrations.
• Event Segmentation: Develop segment-specific programs for core verticals.
• Vendor & Venue Management: Source venues, caterers, AV, signage, and contracts.
• Flagship Event Development: Collaborate on NAV’s signature annual event.
• CRM & Data Hygiene: Ensure event data flows to CRM and sales ops.
