Job summary

Dentsu Creative US is seeking a Senior Manager, Event Management to lead end-to-end event programs across the United States. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will oversee planning, staffing, budgeting, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis, partnering with clients to deliver measurable impact.

You will manage a team of staff, navigate non-traditional hours, travel within territories, and ensure assets are ready for activations.

Qualifications

• 6 years minimum experience in event management.
• Experience overseeing staffing, vendor coordination, and payroll/expenses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-business counterparts and serve as client contact.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
• Manage local warehousing, POS assets, and event production logistics.
• Prepare program recaps with data-driven insights for real-time measurement and planning.
• Approve and submit payroll and expenses for staff and vendors.
• Prepare and manage local market budgets.
