Job summary

Dentsu Creative US is seeking a Senior Manager of Event Management to lead end-to-end event programs, coordinating staffing, budgets, and operational execution across markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams and be the primary local contact for clients and partners.

The role requires at least 6 years in event management, strong budgeting and staffing experience, and willingness to travel. This position is remote within the USA with regional responsibilities and a focus on delivering

• Manage local warehousing with POS and event assets; ensure assets are available and operable.
• Socialize success using program recaps and data-driven insights for real-time evaluation.
• Manage cross-agency and in-market communications; act as local client contact.

Role Purpose

Reporting into the Regional Director, the Senior Manager, Event Management is an event specialist and local market expert who oversees thepre to postevent responsibilities, from planning and preparation to execution and reporting. Event elements will often include staffing, product sampling, consumer engagement, asset transportation, POS coordination, and production.

• You’llmanagecross agencyand in-marketcommunications, andserve as a local contact for clients and partners.
• You’llapprove andsubmitpayroll andexpenses for part-time and full-time employees.
• You’llprocess payments for invoices from vendor partners.
• You’llprepare and follow local market budgets.

Person Specification

• 6 years minimum experience in event management
• Only candidateslocatedinthe Dallas–Fort Worth, TX area will be considered.
• Budget management skills
• Prior sampling event and production experience
• Knowledge of wine and spirits industry
• Experience sourcing candidates to guarantee a match to the position/organization
• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite
• Comfortable with the possibility of some non-traditional working hours
• Travel isrequiredwithin the assigned territories (schedule varies upon size of territory)

The annual salary range for this position is $72,000-$77,000 annually. We base placement within the salary range on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
