You’ll work with communications, stakeholder engagement, creative, and program teams to deliver seamless experiences aligned to mission objectives.

The role emphasizes strong project management, multi-project leadership, and the use of digital event technologies to enhance audience engagement.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Experience planning conferences, workshops, and large events across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
• Strong written and spoken communications and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Degree or relevant experience in Event Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events for strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop event plans, timelines, logistics, run-of-show, materials, and briefing packets.
• Coordinate speakers, attendees, vendors, venues, and travel logistics while managing budgets and risks.
• Ensure accessibility, branding, messaging, and content are integrated into event experiences.
• Provide real-time support during live events and deliver post-event reports with lessons learned.
