Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to manage logistics for federal peer-review panels, workshops, and program meetings. The position may be based at an ICF facility or a client site in the Washington, DC area and may require domestic travel. No security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience supporting meeting and conference planning.

Responsibilities

• Determine requirements and develop detailed logistics plans for peer-review panels, workshops, and program meetings.
• Coordinate site selection, AV services, catering, and other resources.
• Arrange participant transportation, lodging, per diem, and reimbursements.
• Serve as primary logistics contact for reviewers, government stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
• Provide on-site or virtual event support and monitor execution.
