Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Two years of experience in event operations, guest services, or hospitality
• Experience in theaters/venues preferred
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to read event diagrams, BEOs, and room layouts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-of-house operations for multiple VPAC events.
• Lead ushers, ticketing staff, and front-of-house personnel on site.
• Serve as liaison between clients, internal departments, and event staff.
• Assist with event logistics, room layouts, and staffing communications.
• Ensure accessibility, ticketing support, and patron flow during events.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) during events and ensure safety procedures.
