Cohera in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Design and Development Manager to lead proposal development for custom programs, coordinate vendor and tariff management, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on destination experiences.

The role requires strong writing, budgeting, and client-facing storytelling skills, with a focus on hospitality-driven program design. On-site work in Las Vegas with late hours as needed.

Formación

• Minimum of four years work experience with a minimum of three years in hospitality.
• At least one year work experience in proposal writing, event design, creative marketing, or destination management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full proposal process—from concept to delivery for high-impact programs.
• Price, format, and present proposals; coordinate decor, venues, staffing, and transport.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on content, tours, hotelier events.
• Manage vendor quotes, tariffs, and program budgets.
• Ensure timely project delivery and cross-functional coordination.
