Job summary

TFD Collective is seeking a senior designer with at least four years of experience in multimedia and event design. You will craft cohesive visual identities for luxury weddings, corporate events, and experiential activations, translating concepts into print-ready and digital assets.

You will collaborate across creative, production, and vendor teams to deliver high-quality stage backdrops, signage, and installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in multimedia/graphic design, preferably within events, weddings, production, or experiential marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating event branding, key visuals, layout, typography, and print-ready artwork.
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• After Effects: Basic to intermediate skills in motion graphics and event screen content.
• SketchUp: Basic to intermediate skills in 3D spatial mockups and event layouts.
• Strong understanding of print production, color profiles, typography, and large-format artwork.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with creative, project, production, and vendor teams.
• Able to work independently and reliably within a freelance, project-based environment.
• Experience in luxury weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, or experiential activations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• 1. Graphic Design & Event Branding: Conceptualize and develop cohesive visual identities, key visuals, thematic artwork, and assets for luxury weddings, corporate events, galas, exhibitions, and activations.
• Translate concepts into visuals across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Design large-format graphics: stage backdrops, photobooths, signage, welcome boards, installations.
• Prepare production-ready artwork with correct dimensions and finishing requirements.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across all touchpoints.
