TFD Collective is seeking a senior designer with at least four years of experience in multimedia and event design. You will craft cohesive visual identities for luxury weddings, corporate events, and experiential activations, translating concepts into print-ready and digital assets.
You will collaborate across creative, production, and vendor teams to deliver high-quality stage backdrops, signage, and installations.
1. Graphic Design & Event Branding
Conceptualize and develop cohesive visual identities, key visuals, thematic artwork, and creative assets for luxury weddings, corporate events, galas, exhibitions, and experiential activations.
Translate creative concepts and event themes into visually compelling designs across physical and digital touchpoints.
Design large-format graphics including stage backdrops, photobooths, stage walls, signage, welcome boards, and event installations.
Design print collateral such as invitations, menus, program cards, table stationery, and other event materials.
Prepare production-ready artwork according to required dimensions, specifications, finishing requirements, and installation needs.
Ensure consistency of visual identity across all event touchpoints.
2. 3D Spatial Visualization
Develop basic 3D spatial layouts and mockups using SketchUp to visualize stage setups, booth structures, floor plans, and event environments.
Create quick visual mockups to support client presentations and internal production discussions.
Work with Creative and Production teams to ensure visual concepts are practical and aligned with the intended event experience.
Translate 2D creative concepts into basic spatial visualizations while maintaining proportion, scale, and overall aesthetics.
3. Motion Graphics & Digital Content
Produce basic 2D animated assets using Adobe After Effects for LED screens, projectors, and other digital event displays.
Develop event title stings, animated countdowns, lower-thirds, transitions, screen loops, and other motion assets.
Adapt key visuals and event branding into engaging motion content while maintaining visual consistency.
Prepare digital content according to required screen dimensions, resolutions, aspect ratios, and playback specifications.
4. Creative Collaboration & Project Execution
Work closely with Project Managers, Event Planners, Creative, and Production teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative outputs efficiently.
Collaborate with print suppliers, fabricators, AV teams, and production vendors to ensure artwork is technically accurate and production-ready.
Participate in creative discussions and provide practical design solutions based on project requirements and production limitations.
Respond proactively to design revisions, last-minute changes, and evolving project requirements.
Manage multiple project assignments and deliverables while maintaining quality and agreed deadlines.
5. Production & Quality Control
Ensure all artwork meets technical requirements for print, fabrication, digital display, and event installation.
