Job description

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Designer for a new and exciting role at a leading luxury lifestyle brand. This role is responsible for designing and adapting the brand's static brand-facing assets across retail, physical trade marketing, event-facing, printed, and large-format campaign needs, translating approved creative direction and image standards into refined, consistent, and production-ready design outputs for physical and offline touchpoints.

As the brand grows across launches, collaborations, retail environments, wholesale markets, cultural moments, events, and campaign expressions, this role ensures physical and printed image materials are produced as part of a coherent and elevated image system, rather than fragmented one-off executions. The ideal candidate brings precision, taste, and sensitivity to image, protecting the brand's perception through every detail of typography, layout, and production quality.

Role Scope & Responsibilities
  • Design static visual assets for product launches, brand moments, collaborations, campaigns, retail needs, trade marketing activations, and event-facing materials.
  • Translate approved art direction, visual territories, and image standards into refined layouts and asset families.
  • Ensure consistency across typography, image treatment, hierarchy, spacing, composition, color usage, and overall visual rhythm.
  • Develop production-ready design assets for retail supports, window graphics, in-store applications, signage, printed collateral, invitations, event materials, posters, and OOH adaptations.
  • Support physical trade marketing assets, including GWP creative applications, packaging graphics, inserts, cards, sleeves, stickers, counter cards, and display graphics.
  • Ensure all print, large-format, and production-ready files meet technical specifications, quality standards, and vendor requirements.
  • Adapt existing editorial or campaign assets for physical brand use, preserving visual standards and usage constraints.
  • Create static asset families that travel consistently across print, retail, wholesale, trade, events, and OOH formats.
  • Work closely with the Design & Creative Teams to ensure design outputs reflect brand standards and creative ambition.
  • Support Marketing, Events & Experiences, Retail, and Wholesale teams with approved static brand-facing design needs.
  • Use AI-assisted creative tools to accelerate visual exploration, layout routes, and production previews while maintaining brand standards.
  • Maintain organized, properly named, and versioned design files, and hand off cleanly to relevant teams or production partners.
  • Flag production risks, missing assets, unclear briefs, or visual inconsistencies early.
  • Contribute to a more disciplined, scalable, and reliable design workflow.
Desired Education, Experience & Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, print design, brand design, or creative studio environments, with a strong focus on production-ready physical assets.
  • Experience in luxury, cultural institutions, high-end retail, hospitality, design, or lifestyle environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative sensitivity, typographic precision, image composition, print design, retail graphics, and multi-format static asset execution.
  • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted creative tools while maintaining strong creative judgment, brand control, and production rigor.
  • Strong understanding of print production, large-format execution, file preparation, technical specifications, vendor requirements, and material constraints.
  • Experience designing or adapting assets for retail environments, window applications, signage, event-facing materials, trade marketing tools, GWP applications, or OOH formats.
  • Strong sensitivity to luxury codes, editorial design, image quality, visual restraint, and physical production quality.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage several design requests with precision.
  • Comfortable working within approved creative direction while bringing creative input, refinement, and judgment to execution.
  • Strong interest in culture, interiors, architecture, art, design, travel, and luxury lifestyle.
