TBA Group is seeking a Senior Designer / Art Director for a hybrid, full-time role in Los Angeles, CA. You will lead the visual development of experiential and brand campaigns, transforming briefs into concepts, storyboards, and design systems for live events and installations.
Collaborating with creative directors, producers, and clients, you will refine assets for digital and physical touchpoints, guide junior designers, and ensure on-site execution aligns with brand objectives and budgets.

The Senior Designer / Art Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role leads the visual development of experiential and brand campaigns, transforming strategic briefs into compelling concepts, storyboards, and design systems for live events, installations, and integrated marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining design assets across digital and physical touchpoints, collaborating closely with creative directors, producers, and clients to ensure ideas are aligned with brand objectives and audience needs. The Senior Designer / Art Director will guide the creative process from concept through production, oversee quality control of visual outputs, and present work internally and externally. This position also contributes to pitch work, supports junior creatives through feedback and mentorship, and partners with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and faithfully executed on-site.
