Job summary

ChargePoint is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Hardware Engineering to lead planning and execution across electrical and mechanical hardware projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones, tooling, and testing meet requirements and on-time release to procurement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
4–8 years’ experience leading complex hardware technology projects with aggressive schedules.
Experience leading the introduction of new technologies with product development lifecycles.
Ability to quickly pick up new technologies and industry trends.
Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving.
Excellent leadership and social skills.
Broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
Experience budgeting and resource allocation for large programs.

Responsibilities

Lead hardware engineering programs and drive planning and execution across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate milestones, development builds, and change requests to ensure timely releases.
Define and drive PRDs with Product Management and manage program risks and issues.
Communicate status regularly to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
